Hey!! That is a "Rubber Band Swing"!! At least it was when I was growing up, and we TOTALLY had like 3 of them!!! They are a BLAST!...and totally dangerous, LOL!! You really do HAVE to try it once in your life.
I am pretty sure Nathan broke something on one of these at our Sherwood reunions.
